IT Wire Techs warrants to the original purchaser of products that the labor used in the installation of those products to be free from defects for 2 years .

This warranty covers the labor provided by IT Wire Techs. Product warranties are provided and maintained by the individual manufacturers of the products purchased.

In the event of a defect in labor provided by IT Wire Techs, the defect will be corrected free of charge by IT Wire Techs

This warranty does not cover acts of abuse, acts of God, lack of proper maintenance, equipment failure not due to labor, accidents, casualties, technitians not employeed by IT Wire Techs servicing our work and other incidents not considered normal for the standards of the telephone installation industry.
